Now that they're back in cahoots (big fucking suprise), I think its time for congress to establish an official policy towards the two of them.
1. All nations are encouraged to ignore the two of them unless they direct personal attacks at the individual nation.
2. Any attacks directed at the region as a whole will be contradicted by a designated puppet.
3. If the nations in question do not direct any attacks at CC or its nations they will be ignored unless they start to pose a security threat.
4. And mention of CC constitutes an attack.
5. RWA and his puppet will serve as the official spokesperson on this matter because lets face it, he has alot of time and energy.
6. If RWA becomes inactive congress may approve another official representative. This is not an offiical cabinet position, simply a way to dispute unwarranted attacks towards CC.
