[007] Succession Act

Article One
In the event the Delegate resigns or is impeached the line of succession is as follows:

A) Vice-Delegate
B) Chief Justice
C) Sec. State
D) Sec. Def
E) Sec. RA

In the event non of the above can fill the position the Founder will take over the Delegacy until an election can be held.

I think the Cheif justice and/or a senior congressman should be ahead of the SECSTATE. An elected official should come before an appointed one.
