    Article I:
    Any Embassy that has not been posted in for 1 month (by Ambassador or Citizen of region) will be moved to the Library wing into the Inactive Embassies section. (To be created) When a representative from that nation does return the Embassy will be moved back to the original section.

    The Sec. State will be responsible for tracking the Embassies and notifying a forum Administrator.
