This Act hereby establishes the Cabinet of the Executive Branch as per the Constitution.
Section I. The Vice Delegate
Is responsible for assuming the WA Delegate’s responsibilities when he is unable to do so. He will act as the WA Delegate’s closest and most important advisor. He will be greatly involved in spurring the activity of the region as well as enforcing the laws of the region outlined in this document and those included in legislation. He id also responsible for the Office of Citizenship.
Section II. The Secretary of State
Will act as the region’s ambassador to the other regions of the NS world. He will oversee and organize the elections of the Conservative Coalition. He will also be responsible for advising the WA Delegate on matters of diplomacy.
Section III. The Secretary of Defense
Will be responsible for discovering and assessing threats to the region’s security. He will do so in a consistent and vigilant fashion and report to the WA Delegate and Vice Delegate regularly. In times of imminent threat, he along with the WA Delegate and Vice Delegate will form a plan of action. The SD must also stay in contact with our allies and coordinate all military action.
Section IV. The Secretary of Regional Affairs
Will act as the Head Recruiter and "Regional Advisor". The Regional Advisor is given the responsibility of greeting new nations upon arrival and encouraging WA membership, the endorsement of the Delegate, and membership in the Forum. He, or she will also explain to new nations various ways they can participate in our region.The Recruiter is responsible for persuading other nations to become members of our region. He will make regular posts on the feeder region’s boards as well as find nations in those feeder regions who show conservative and traditional values and personally invite them. Statements used in these communications are to be approved by the Secretary of State and the WA Delegate. Assistants may also be named to cover specific duties.
Section V: Additional Posts
The Delegate may petition Congress to adopt a new Cabinet position or edit a current one. However from this point forward Congress may not without the consent of the Delegate change around the Cabinet.
Section VI: Open Post
In the unlikely event that a post is open and cannot be filled the Delegate may appoint any member of the Cabinet to fulfill said duties.
