Article One
The Office of Citizenship is hereby created. This Office will be a subsection of the Regional Affairs Department. As stated in the Cabenint Act this Office will be headed by the Vice-Delegate. The purpose will be to handle all Citizenship related issues.
Article Two
Section 1: Application Process
All classifications must be handled by the Office of Citizenship. A nation may apply for classification at any time. The VD will be responsible for creating an application to be filled out by nations seeking classification. The VD may approve or deny any application.
Section 2: Types of Classification
A) WA Citizen
A nation who has been in the region for at least one week and is a WA nation. He/She must also have a forum account.
B) Citizen
A nation who has been in the region for at least one week and is not a WA nation. He/She must also have a forum account.
C) Resident
A nation residing in the Conservative Coalition that is a WA nation or a non-WA nation. This nation has been in the Conservative Coalition for at least 3 days.
D) Ambassador
A nation that is an Ambassador to our region from another. No rules or restrictions exist other then only one may be appointed per region.
E) Foreign National
Anyone in the region or the forum that does not meet the specifications of the other classifications.
Section 3: Forfeiture of Classification
Any nation that is convicted of Treason banned from the region, or leaves the region on non-official business without applying to the Vice-Delegate for a passport and is gone for more then three days forfeits their classification and reverts to the default Foreign National. Ambassadors who fail to update their Embassy at least once a month will also lose his Ambassador status.
